Sales Agreement

Effective Date: September 25, 2026

This Sales Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for all purchases of Agarwood, pure Oud oil, chips, and raw wood specimens from Suko Oud ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") through our website.

By placing an order on this website, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by the terms contained herein.

Product Collections: We offer three distinct categories of authentic agarwood offerings:

Senkoh Collection: Premium, highest-tier selections featuring exceptionally high resin density, deep scent complexity, and superior aromatic longevity.

Oud Madya: High-standard regular/mid-tier selections offering a refined, well-balanced aroma suited for daily wear, burning, or foundational collecting.

Raw Agarwood: Unprocessed, natural raw wood chips, chunks, and specimens harvested directly from Agarwood trees.

Organic Variations: All products across the Senkoh Collection, Madya Collection, and Raw Agarwood are 100% natural. Natural variations in color, grain pattern, resin saturation, weight, and aromatic undertones between batches are inherent characteristics of natural agarwood and do not constitute product defects.

Subjectivity of Olfactory Perception: Scent profiles depend on external variables including ambient temperature, application method, personal skin chemistry, and burning techniques/heaters used. Subjective dissatisfaction with an aroma profile or perceived scent longevity does not entitle the Customer to a return, exchange, or refund.

Order Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order placed with us due to inventory limitations, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Pricing Currency: All prices listed are in USD and exclude shipping fees, taxes, and import duties, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Strict Final Sale Policy: Due to the high monetary value, rarity, and risk of contamination or dilution associated with pure Oud oils, wood chips, and Raw Agarwood, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Sole Exception (Incorrect Item Sent): Returns, replacements, or store credits are strictly restricted to incorrectly fulfilled orders where the Customer receives an item that does not match their order details.

Non-Eligible Claims (Transit Damage & Leaks): The Company is not liable for leaks, breakage, physical damage, or loss occurring during transit. Damage or leakage occurring during shipping must be claimed directly with the shipping carrier through transit insurance (if selected at checkout).

Mandatory Claim Conditions: Any claim for an incorrect item requires a continuous, unedited unboxing video starting from the unopened outer shipping parcel. The primary product container or security seal must remain completely intact and unopened. Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.

Customs, Duties & Taxes: For international shipments, the Customer is solely responsible for all import duties, tariffs, VAT, customs clearance fees, and quarantine inspection costs levied by the destination country's authorities.

Title and risk of loss for all purchased items pass to the Customer upon transfer of the package to the shipping carrier.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Suko Oud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your purchase or use of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim
