We take great care in packaging and shipping our high-value Agarwood & Pure Oud Oil products to ensure they arrive safely at your doorstep, whether locally or internationally 

1. Processing Time

  • Payment Clearance & Processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after full payment is received and successfully cleared into our bank account. Please note that payments made via PayPal or Western Union may require an additional 1–2 business days for withdrawal and verification before order processing begins.

  • Artisanal Quality Inspection: Due to the delicate nature of pure agarwood oils and rare wood specimens, each item undergoes rigorous inspection and is securely sealed before dispatch.

  • Shipment Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your shipment tracking details.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Domestic Shipping (Indonesia)
- Standard Courier: 2– 14 business days depend on destination location.

International Shipping
- Standard International: 5–14 business days.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to destination customs processing.

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Import Taxes & Duties: International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by the destination country once the shipment arrives.
Customer Responsibility: All customs duties, tariffs, quarantine fees, and clearance costs are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

4. Order Tracking & Undeliverable Packages

- You can track your package using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
- Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and email are accurate at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or uncollected customs clearance, re-shipping fees will apply.
